On November 7th I ordered (190RW) for the 1st time and when I received the text stating it was delivered - I looked and it was not on my porch - I never received it! I called November 19th and explained to them that I never received my order and they were able to resend me my order. To date I DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER!!!!
