They sent a refill of Simparica 2 months early. I emailed them to hold the order and they didn’t respond. They just sent the order to me at a much higher price because the first order was a first order special. I had no idea how expensive the second order would be. The customer service did not rectify anything. I said I would not open the package and they could pick it up. They would not. I will not order from Koala again. Also, my puppy gained weight and is now just under 12 pounds so the dosage is wrong as well. They sent for an up to 11 pound dog.
