I am new to Koala Health, and ordinarily am not comfortable with any auto-ship arrangement. I don't want access to my credit card to be in too many hands. My veterinaria recently offered the service, which had an enticing discount on my first order. That was helpful. There were endless options for auto-ship meds, and I chose the every-3-month set up. I was especially pleased to receive notice ahead of the shipment, reminding me that the meds would be shipped and billed soon. The package arrived just as indicated, well packed, and it arrived safely and intact. It's convenient to have 3 months of maintenance meds on hand for our two dogs. So far, I can say that I'm comfortable with the arrangement. We live an hour's drive from our vet, so receiving the meds by mail is very convenient. I like knowing that we won't have to make the long drive each time for refills. So far, so good.
