They have been prompt and courteous in filling our pets' presriptions, regardless of the restrictions placed upon them by our own veterinarian. In order to insure our pets' Rx is/are filled correctly, our vet will not send the Rx electronically to an out-of-state pharmacy. Instead, they require I send a written Rx. While the intent of this process may be well-intended, the electronic signature, in black, of the vet caused issues with the appearance of a lack of authenticity. Koala was very proactive in helping to resolve the issue so there was no lapse in dosing. They were also very good to remind me when the Rx was/were due. GREAT customer service. The competitive pricing caused me to try them out; their customer service has caused me to be a repeat customer over the past two years.
