I was leary of ordering from Koala due to the reviews. I called them and they assured me they were working on improvements, so I ordered meds for both my pups. I received their meds as promised and at a great price. Many review complaints state they sign you up for auto ship without telling you. They do sign you up for auto ship, but it is clearly stated on the website that that is their program. I was assured on the phone that if I decide at a later date my pups don't need the meds anymore, all I have to do is call them and cancel the auto ship, no problem. I think they're doing great for a small new business.
