I placed my order & you charged my card, said 5 days till delivery. After 5 days, no delivery & my charge card was credited. No email, no explanation, so I ordered elsewhere cause I needed. Then two days ago you guys shipped & charged my card again. Nex guard Plus goes by weight & I have a growing puppy. You need to communicate w your customers, not just credit back w no explanation & then ship when you feel like it.
