My order took over three weeks to arrive. Out of the two items that I ordered I had to call customer service to get them to get verified over a week after I placed the order. Once the order is finally delivered, only half of the order had arrived. When checking the order details, the prescription cat food has not been verified by my veterinarian yet, although I called my vet and customer service two weeks prior to get them verified. Overall this was a very frustrating process and I ended up having to cancel the prescription food and buy it elsewhere in order for my cat to not go without it for two more weeks while it shipped.
