I received an e-mail about an order ready to ship. I responded immediately, requesting that the order be cancelled. I then called and asked that the order not ship and requested to be taken off auto ship. The CSR was very nice and told me that it with be cancelled. Two days later, I received the shipment in the mail. No cancellation.
