I had trouble ordering my dog’s medicine after delaying an auto ship order because I didn’t need more of his medicine only a week after receiving a month’s supply. It was confusing to get them ordered and then difficult to use a discount code that was sent to me by your company- first I was told the code had to be entered before placing the order but I told the employee about the code when she first answered my call and then several items were excluded from the discount but I did finally get my dog’s medicine ordered. I waited two weeks and never got his medicine so I called back. They investigated it and decided to send me another order. I never received the second order they said they sent but I did finally receive the first order but it took almost a month to get to me. The problem was when I did get the first order it was only my dog’s oral medication not his eye ointment (which cost me around $70). I tried to call customer service and was put on hold several times then was hung up on. Out of frustration I dropped it and am now trying to stretch what eye ointment I still have because I don’t have the energy to continue to fight this situation. I have never had this much problem with 1-800-pet-meds, chewy or the last company my vet’s office used for their pharmacy.
