An important Rx was held as "pending", the Rx was called in directly to Koala by the vet so we were perplexed about the hold up. Turns out it was Koala that was holding it up over a simple question that an email or call to me or the vet could have resolved it. I had to call Koala, speak to varies reps until "finally" the issue was resolved. However, I had to take the initiative to call rather than visa versa.
