I emailed and got no response for a couple of months. My dog needed heart worm pills a flea collar, I paid the vet $ to have a shot given to him for heart worm until I would finally receive it in the mail. I had also. Called your company. Finally after 2 months I was able to get my dogs things. I was told you couldn’t get ahold of my vet. Yet every time I call I get an answer or can leave a message.
