2X now I’ve tried to order the correct medicine for my dog and 2X now it’s been wrong and approved by a VET my dog has NEVER seen. My dog is seen by Dr Bail NOT McVicker. I no longer want or value a subscription with Koala care for Nex-Guard Plus since I am fed up with this error in service!
