Unfortunately, Koala falls short on every expectation from an online pharmacy. Everything takes at least a business week to process, meds have been so delayed that I had to purchase more from vet while awaiting an order arrival, and they’ve also tried to send meds for a pet that recently passed despite the fact that I notified them of the pet’s passing at the time to avoid such mishaps. They will charge for things like Bravecto every two months instead of three to “avoid lapses” in medication, but won’t expedite medications that truly cannot avoid a lapse. Extremely disappointed this is the online pharmacy my vet has chosen to use.
