I am very pleased with the service and promptness to solve the problem that I've had. I realize that the delays that I gave experienced in the past was due to the USPS. I have requested that future orders be sent by UPS. Koala has kindly agreed to do so, I'm hoping this will resolve the delays that I have been experiencing. Thank you always doing your best to resolve the problems.
