Super fast service - to collect your money. I have purchased a pair of shoes on last Sunday 03-11-2024 and paid by SHOP. After I completed the payment and found that my address has not been updated. I have sent email straight away to Koi to ask for update my new address. On Monday 03-11-2024 afternoon I have received the confirmation email told me that the shows have been shipped and can not change the address! Customer service? Are you sure they really have? On Thursday 07-11-2024 I report to Koi Footwear that I did not receive the shoes, but unfortunately I did not have any response! Quality? I did NOT receive my shoes, how come I know?
