Not happy with the delivery process. On 14 Oct I was advised by email that my order was being processed. By the 19th I had heard nothing so I emailed seeking order status and was told it had left the warehouse on 16 Oct but was not provided with a tracking number. On 19 Oct I emailed requesting a tracking number which was sent by return email. The tracking number was not recognised by Australia Post so I emailed (still on the 19th) advising of the problem with the tracking. On 20 Oct I was emailed the tracking history which showed that the package had been at the Fyshwick PO since 17 Oct after it could not be delivered as no one was at home. I needed the tracking information so I could not arrange for someone to be in attendance for collection. The parcel had to be collected from an out of suburb PO at some inconvenience. Not happy.
