LATAM Airlines is the worst in all of Latin America. They never accept responsibility for ANYTHING. I missed a flight out of LA because there was no ticket agent at the counter. She was in back talking. When she finally did come out, she was too bothered to help me as it was close to the end of her shift. She bold face lied and said the gate was closed, 1 hour prior to the flight. Forced to spend the night and book for the next day.. they charged me $800 to change my ticket. Then wrote on the boarding pass...BE AT THE GATE 30 PRIOR TO DEPARTURE! They are thieves and experts at passing the buck. #NEVERFLYLATAM
