I had an extremely disappointing experience with LAT Studio regarding an autograph book I ordered back in December 2023. Despite paying in full at the time of order, it is now November 2024, and I have neither received the book nor a refund. Here's a breakdown of my experience: 1. Unfulfilled Promises: The studio repeatedly assured me that the order was being processed. They claimed to have placed a second order and later a third order, but there was no follow-through, and the BOOK WAS NEVER DELIVERED. 2. Lack of Communication: I reached out multiple times over the course of nearly a year. On several occasions, my emails went completely unanswered. Even after I explicitly requested a refund over seven months ago, my MESSAGES WERE IGNORED. 3. Failure to Resolve the Issue: After months of waiting and trying to resolve this matter directly with the studio, I have received no response, no resolution, and no refund. This level of service is unacceptable. Customers should not have to chase a business for a year over a simple order, and their disregard for communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. If you are considering doing business with LAT Studio, be aware of their lack of reliability and proffesionalism. I would not recommend this studio based on my experience. I hope they learn to take accountability and respect their clients' trust and time moving forward.
