Any company that employs 'sharp' practices like this one that effectively rob their customers of what they thought they were buying is to be avoided. I bought gift vouchers for two courses as a Christmas present. What do they do immediately after Christmas? Raise their prices, forcing us to pay an additional fee for something I thought I'd already paid for. I won't be
