I absolutely loved working with Jeremy! He's one of those straight-shooters, no BS types - which is really appreciated when you're shopping for a home loan & need someone to give it to you straight. He also answered with ease, the million-bajillion questions I bombarded him with. I compared 4-5 local lenders off Google & Yelp and he got me the best rate by far. Even taught me something new that you don't find in the homebuying classes, called the "True Rate" -->It's never, EVER about the note rate.. in fact it's about the note rate + PMI. Someone can have a 3.75% rate, but also .85% FHA PMI so their True Rate is 4.6%. He also kept my Realtor & I ahead of schedule during the home-buying process and we got to close two weeks early. :) Really don't know how people say the homebuying process is stressful, Jeremy made it pretty dang pain-free, even had some laughs along the way. 👌 Thanks, Jeremy!
