I have bought many items from Libby London over the last 10 years, those that I have kept I have loved and they have worn well. I always look to see what you have before looking elsewhere for work clothes and am usually tempted.
My two suggestions for enhancing customer experience would be:
1) consider offering two lengths for dresses - I always have to have things taken up which adds additional cost to the purchase
2) Returns take an excessively long time to process. Twice in the past few months it has taken 4 weeks to get my refund and I only received it when I chased. It then came very quickly which did make me uncomfortable that I still would not have received the refund had I not followed up. Other companies - Boden and Hobbs are recent examples where the return has been acknowledged with 2 or 3 days and the refund available very shortly thereafter. This experience did put me off shopping with Libby for a while, particuarly as often I have to buy two sizes to see which one fits best.
