Have made a few larger purchases at this point. Prices are very competitive in general with a few exceptions. Customer service is as good as can be expected. The only point of improvement I can really suggest is better descriptions of the goods on their site. Things like type of extract (is it a water extract, ethanol extract, hexane extract etc.), is the liquorice deglycyrhizinated or not, how much of the chamomile extract is apigenin. These details are important aspects of the supplements, and would do a lot for transparency, trust and general utility of the site.
