Your service was excellent, and can not be faulted. Though DPD service is amateurish to be polite, they gave not delivered the package to me, even though the house us clearly marked on Google maps. They've given me the run around, and the photo of the parcel disappeared when I called them, there customer service works well trying to smooth over the situation. This is not the first time it's happened, it should be an important part of DPDs work getting the parcel to the right address without delays, it's a simple thing to do give the drivers the right tech and training to do there work, then tell them it must be used, how hard is it access Google maps.It is a simple matter of logistics to set up, educate and roll it out to there drivers to use, and minimal costs to DPD. They have still not delivered the parcel.
