Well first contact was lovely and I filled in necessary forms, so I went away confident that all would be ok. My Mum passed this morning early and the care home has been unable to contact Light for hours. I was then informed of the issue and tried phoning, messaging etc, that was 2 hours ago and still no reply by 4pm. Through the sadness of losing my mum I have had to arrange for another funeral director. This is a time of great sadness and you have totally let us and my Mum down. So much for 24/7 care.
