Perfect score for perfect service. Mum was collected, cremated, death certificate received and ashes returned in 15 days. Kept informed throughout the process. All I had to do was pass on the certificate for cause of death from the doctor and fill in the online form. Recommend you get copies of your loved ones birth and marriage certificates as they pretty much provide all the information you need when the time comes.
