All that's lacking from Liquor Stars being a great service is communication. Like others, I placed an order then heard nothing (apart from my order confirmation email). The site says you can track your order once they email you about it having been shipped, but I never received any such email; though I have gotten 2 marketing emails since the confirmation. What I eventually realized is that their website has a chat feature, where you can click to track your order. Typed in the order number and email address from my confirmation, and found that my order was set to be delivered by UPS the next day. And it was delivered the next day, undamaged, and perfectly packaged. Said order arrived only one day later than another order I placed with a competitor. Am I thrilled that I had to go digging to make sure I hadn't been ripped off? No. But I am happy with how the order arrived, and the time frame in which it did. I also feel confident ordering from them again, despite the lack of communication. While not the cheapest option, they are quite competitive in the online arena, and the cheapest I could find without a ton of weird shipping restrictions. So I'd gladly recommend them to you, albeit with a caveat of, "Here's what you'll need to do to track your order."
