This company is horrible at communication and cancels orders instead of fulfilling. I pre ordered two bottles of liquor well before the release. When the item was released it showed available on the Liquor Stars website. I sent several emails with my order number to verify shipment. WhenLiquor Stars responded they said my order was canceled by request and my money would be refunded. Turns out the pre-sale price was not the same as the price the product was offered at when it was released. Instead of explaining the situation they canceled my order. Terrible service, terrible customer service and communication . Horrible company. Shop elsewhere!
