Beautiful website! Love the offer and the designs! And the build-your own options for the bottles, where you can buy labels and pumps of the style you wish. I've had to return my initial order and reoder as I misjudge the 1L bottle size (bigger than I expected, so switch for 500mL). That process is going rather well, maybe an option on the site to click you are proceeding with a return would be reassuring, at the moment I am awaiting to see my parcel has been received and later to get an email confirming it's all well undertood by the company, else I am not too sure it will work. The intial delivery was quite fast :) It all came in good condition, in compostable protection material, which is really nice. One little improvement to be made in my opinion, the plastic tubes of the pumps aren't long enough in my opinion. I initially got one pre-designed 500mL bottle and one 1L bottle with my own choice of additional pump to be cut to size and label, neither were long enough in their own bottles to touch the bottom of them, hinting you'd struggle to get to use the product towards the end. Nonetheless i've reordered and do still like the site and offer :) Will keep using this shop.
