I placed an order back on the 24th November 2023, I loved the products but I returned two lots of coaster sets exactly as they arrived, I retuned them as I found them pretty heavy, paid por DPD tracking back on the 07th Dec 2023, I emailed to ensure they had been received and asked when I would receive my refund back on 14th Dec 2023, I was contacted to be advised that they had received my return and that I would receive my refund which until now I have not received. I have chased several times and even said I would be happy to receive it as a voucher so I could use it towards a new order and unfortunately I did not receive anything. Very disappointing since I liked the products but 4 months later and I’m still for a refund even if it’s just 20£ I still very kindly returned the items.
