The staff are helpful but I must admit these chairs are not the best quality and feel a bit flimsy. When putting the seats onto the base some slotted in with the bolts easily screwed in but a couple of the chairs were extremely difficult as this is Chinese engineering so don't expect precision. I understand Little Tulip are changing these chairs for hopefully a better quality. I ordered 4 but they came with two different drivers one driver one driver brought 3 up to my flat but the second driver left the other one in the lobby of my block, it is lucky it did not disappear. That I was not impressed with however I don't think the shop can be blamed
