My daughter doesn't handle being suck very well. Lots of wake ups during the night with the common cold, since having the winter rescue oil and her mist machine she has been getting more sleep during the night! The same goes for myself. I also use about 10 other oils from lively living and I love them all especially the anxiety calm and the sleep oils. Product were packaged lovely and was very calming and eye pleasing to unbox.
