I have ordered from Living with Birds for a few years now. My orders always arrive promptly and I receive e-mails every step of the way. I have only contacted them by telephone once and that was my fault! One item on my order was a Two for One Offer and I didn't add the code. When I rang I was so impressed as the lady told me that she had noticed and it was added. What a lovely lady to speak with and an asset to the company. I highly recommend Living with Birds and the birds love them as well.
