I find the service very efficient and friendly. Also the quality of the bird food and equipment is top notch. Often there is a free gift in the parcel, such as a small packet of suet sprinkles, which is very generous and thoughtful. As a regular member, I get 5% off the price of all bird food, another generous and much appreciated offer.
