Not the cheapest, but as is often the case, you get the quality you pay for. We buy the Special Mix no-waste seed; the fat balls and, in the winter, the suet pellets. All very good quality. Delivery is prompt, although, when you buy the 4x12.5kg bags, they come in two per carton and when the cardboard cartons arrive they are often bashed about by the couriers. We've never yet had any damage to the big seed bags inside, but I'm always a bit concerned about the strength of that packaging. But all-in-all we've been buying from Living with Birds for several years and we've never been disappointed. They also sell really good quality feeders which we'd recommend.
