Ordered a Hedgehog house, which is well well made and fits the bill suberbly! However, it arrived with a damaged corner (presumably in the hands of the carrier, DPD) so I contacted Living With Birds and they sent another gratuitously and asked us to keep the damaged one.
This is fantastic service and I am very happy to recommend your company to others.
