I ordered a tray for my bird feeder to cou down on the spilled seeds.
It came promptly with plenty of delivery info.
Next the enthusiastic birds knocked it off the branch and broke the screw! I emailed, requesting the possibility of buying a new one and they sent me one free of charge!
