Would give 10 stars easily. Customer Service were brilliant when I received my order that had been damaged. It wouldn't have been a problem but the Flutter Butter boxes were gifts. I ordered 2 Little Seed Lanterns, again as gifts, and mentioned the damaged boxes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite and despatched my lanterns and replacement boxes the following day. I have ordered from this company in the past and can vouch for the quality and value of their products as well as the excellent customer service and prompt delivery, I cannot fault them.
