I am delighted with the service I have received from Living with Birds. Ordering online is easy and efficient. I have on two occasions spoken on the phone, and twice I have emailed their 'helpline'. I received a very quick response to my enquiry by email, and the phone was answered right away. That is impressive, as it can put you off if you have to wait for a response, or worse, don't get one at all. The two staff I have had dealings with (I know one is called Ben), could not have been more helpful. They were really kind and understanding and were happy to go that extra mile to help me. Because of that, I think I will buy my bird food from Living with Birds in the future. Please be proud of yourselves as a Company. I regularly feed my garden birds and look after them, which gives me great pleasure. As a result I have a wide variety of birds in my garden. I also have the cedar nest boxes, which make great homes for our feathered friends, and they moved into them soon after putting them up.
