It's always a pleasure to order from Jacobi Jayne. You get to speak to real humans who are articulate, friendly, helpful and sound interested despite probably having to go through the same routine hundreds of times a day. On my last call the chap I spoke to was so on the ball that having answered the phone within a couple of rings he addressed me by name having got it within nano-seconds from my phone number. Then within a few more seconds he'd already found what I ordered last time and enquired whether I wanted the same again, which I did. Card number given, job done.
