I've always been very pleased with the quality of the bird foods and the packaging and the pricing. My only disappointment hence not giving 5 stars, is that when ordering two nest boxes, for a Christmas present, one had a split door caused by the screw. I glued it, but reported it to Customer Care along with a photo, who responded that if it didn't work, I could have a replacement. In the event the gluing didn't work as the tight fitting of the door pulled the split open. I went back to Customer Care and asked for the replacement. I'm advised it is on it's way. So it's 4 stars plus!
