When you emailed me to say the order had been accepted, you stated that a further email would follow with tracking details. That "further email" did not arrive and the delivery did not arrive next day as ordered. I replied to your email stating this, but recieved no response. The following morning I found the delivery in the yard, where it had either arrived very early in the morning or late the previous night. It was left in the open despite being labelled "leave under cover". I have no idea which carrier you used, but in my experience DPD is the only reliable courier. Having said all that, the product is fine.
