I bought some of the flutter butter, feeders from a local garden centre some time ago and ordered some replacements, unfortunatly the design had progressed since that time, the replacements I received unfortunatly had mould in them promoting a call to the suppliers, who were horrified, and responded immediately with apologies, explanation, collection and replacement. Absolutly First Class Service which very often, is not the case in modern times. I have no hesitation in recommending the product and company.
