I have been a customer of this company for 12 years and spent over £10,000 with them. No idea why are you stuck with them for so long given the many issues with their website. Final straw was last week when they sent me an invoice for an item which apparently was purchased in April – eight months ago – which had got caught up in yet another of their website issues – and for which I had previously received an email from them saying that it had been paid at the time! Absolutely disgraceful and appalling way to treat a loyal, long-standing customer. I will never order from them again.
