Mostly good quality hardwood that still needs a bit of time to dry before it will burn properly. About 20% of the pieces are large root logs. While they are about 25cm long, they are almost equally wide (see picture; the right one is perfect) making them hard to fit into my wood burner. I tried to split them, but but they're too hard. Delivery was difficult. Logsdirect informed me that they had delivered to the local depot. No further indication was given as to the delivery date. Two days later, while at work, I got a call from a driver who wanted to deliver the logs. As I can't teleport home, he offered me to cancel the delivery or to drop it with a neighbour. Both not great options for a pallet full of wood. Further discussion got him to leave the pallet in front of my house. Overall, good wood (5 stars) but delivery and consistent sizing need work (-1 star)
