Big surprise as it's kiln dried hardwood. This is despite being double wrapped in sellophane (hope you're phasing out, this single use, non recyclable plastc?), and quickly taken inside. It's not usually like this. Like to see you finding ways to reuse your bags too. We took you back some as we were on way to Scotland, but we'd collaborate with other local customers to send these back if you can enable?
