As someone in their 50's I've been acutely aware that my verbal style from talking fast to messing up my TH's and using too many filler words has been a serious impediment to my progress in both business and, to a lesser extent, personal activities. Jaimie at LSW did a fantastic job of bringing my awareness of these issues to the fore and giving me exercises to gradually adjust these habits of a lifetime. While I'm still going through the process of improvement with every verbal engagement, I am acutely aware of the mistakes I make and am steadily improving as time goes by.
