Dear Loop, Thank you for the opportunity to write a review here. Loved your service. Swift and professional. Cannot fault it. However the Chunky Cashmere Cowl Neck Sweater is sadly another story. It is not chunky. It is slinky soft and of course beautiful, but it lacks the structure a chunky knit offers. It looks thicker in the photos on your site. Although it was not really what I thought I was buying I decided to keep it, so wore it on a half hour walk under a lose fitting overcoat. When I came home I noticed it had started to bubble at the slightest impact with my lose lined overcoat. I am so sad with this purchase and wish I hadn't spent £179 on this. Happy to send a picture if required. Please let me know what to do.
