I ordered two pairs of shorts from Lorna Jane in their sale. I order two pairs because they charge extortionate shipping fees - $12 AUD standard which is way too much for one pair of shorts. They emailed me to cancel one pair - so I contacted them to cancel the whole order as I don't want to pay $12 to ship one pair of $35 shorts. Their customer service response was unhelpful - clearly just copying and pasting policy pieces - lacked any nuance or personality and basically told me tough luck and to suck it up because they won't do anything about it. This experience is why online shopping sucks - and I will never shop at Lorna Jane again - congrats on getting your $12 out of me.
