Ordered on website which would not allow me to complete order
Eventually through live chat a sales person contacted me by phone
Completed order but some weeks after no sign of items
Tried emailing their customer service several times to which no one replies
Rather worryingly monies already taken
So now will have to deal with bank to try to retrieve
