My husband and I lost our 11 month old puppy while we were taking her for a walk about two weeks ago. Something spooked her, and she took off running. Devastated, my husband and I spent hours that night searching for her. We looked everywhere!!! We filed a police report, called all the shelters as well as the Humane Society. We went to all the businesses in the area, but no one saw her. We looked for her for hours every day for about 5 days and then we just lost hope after day 10. I went out on a whim as a last effort to find our baby, and found this website. I uploaded my information and right away, a picture of my puppy pulled up from the app "NEXTDOOR" !!! She was wondering through a random neighborhood who were all trying to figure out where her owner was. She still had her leash around her neck and apparently sleeping in somebody's shed. A nice lady put some food on her porch, and they ended up catching her and bringing her to the Humane Society where I picked her up just the other night!
